Catch the Slumdog Millionaire
“Slumdog Millionaire” originally was to be released by Warner Independent, but went into limbo after Warner Brothers closed down that niche studio. After flirting briefly with the prospect of going right to DVD, the film found a theatrical home with Fox Searchlight, which has had success with such smaller films as “Little Miss Sunshine” and “Juno.”
And boy are we glad. This film was a joy to watch and all celebrity gossip blogs and mags are buzzing with juice on the actors of the move. There are some great famous quotes that should become mainstream and some great scenes. My personal favourite is the game show host, he is just so sleazy. Take the time to watch this gem of a move, you won’t regret it.
